On a Mission - When? What? Where?

January 21 - March 18
My daughter (Sophia, age 9) and I will be in South Africa as part of my sabbatical from my church in Groton, Mass.

The first two weeks will be on safari with my mom and husband, Mike. Then beginning Feb. 1st we'll be living in Cape Town and serving for the remaining 6 weeks of our time there.

This is who we'll be working through...The Hillsong Africa Foundation. (They are the mission arm of the Hillsong Church.)


We'll be assisting with the Read Baby Read program and the after school sports program. We'll also be at the Tembelatu School for handicapped children.
